Voyaglish Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Voyaglish" (the "App") provided by CloudEx Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). All users ("you" or "users") agree to these Terms by using the App.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding your use of the App.
2. Any additional provisions we may post on the App from time to time constitute part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and such additional provisions, the additional provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Account)

1. To use certain features of the App (such as cloud sync of progress, favorites, and subscription status), you must sign in with either a Google or Apple account.
2. You are responsible for managing your account information and must not transfer or lend it to any third party.
3. We assume no liability for any damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Article 3 (Subscription)

1. The App offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
2. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are subject to the information displayed on the respective store's purchase screen.
3. You can cancel subscriptions through the settings screen of the respective store. We do not accept direct cancellation requests.
4. If you continue using the same Apple or Google account after changing devices, your subscription will automatically carry over.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of us, other users, or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
• Reproduction, redistribution, or sale of content obtained through the App (except for personal learning purposes)
• Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of App Service)

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to you in the event of system maintenance, force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. We assume no liability for any damages arising from suspension or interruption of the App.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App's content.
2. While the App provides AI-powered English learning support, we do not guarantee that AI-generated English expressions or correction results are always accurate. We assume no responsibility for learning outcomes or practical results.
3. We assume no liability for disputes arising between users or between users and third parties.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to you if we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the App or our website.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute arising from the App, the court having jurisdiction over our principal office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
