Privacy Policy
CloudEx Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") has established this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user personal information in the mobile application "Voyaglish" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information to the extent necessary to provide its features.

2. Third-Party Sharing / Service Integration
The App uses the following external services. Each service's privacy policy applies to the information shared with them.

Explicit consent for data sharing with AI services: To comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.1(i) / 5.1.2(i)) and the EU GDPR, this App displays an explicit consent dialog at first launch regarding the transmission of audio and text data to the AI services listed above (OpenAI / Anthropic / Microsoft Azure). No transmission to these services occurs without your consent. Per these services' API terms of use, data sent via the API is not used to train their AI models.
Data transmission to these services is limited to the scope necessary to provide the App's features and to improve and measure the effectiveness of our own services. The App does not display advertisements. The Advertising ID can be reset or tracking disabled from your OS settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
3. Data Retention
- Voice data and conversation text are discarded immediately after AI processing is complete. They are not stored on our servers.
- Account information and learning progress are stored on Firebase until you delete your account. When you delete your account, all associated data is also deleted.
- Data stored locally on your device (streaks, favorites, history, etc.) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or select "Delete Data" in the settings screen.
4. Your Rights
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated cloud data from the App's settings screen → "Account Deletion." If you cannot access the app, please see the Account and Data Deletion page for instructions.
- Modification: You can change your display name, English level, and other profile information from the profile screen.
- Sign Out: Signing out from the settings screen stops cloud sync on that device. Your cloud data remains stored.
5. Cookies / Analytics
The App does not use cookies. Within the App, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect app usage data and the Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) for the purposes of feature improvement and measuring the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns. The Advertising ID can be reset or tracking disabled from your OS settings. Our website (voyaglish.com) does not currently use any analytics tools. If we introduce additional analytics, we will update this policy.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If children under 13 use the App, parental consent is required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated without notice due to legal changes or service updates. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or our website.
