Account and Data Deletion

Voyaglish (a travel English conversation app provided by CloudEx Inc.) allows you to delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains the deletion process, what data is deleted, and what data is retained.

Want to delete right away? If you can sign in to the app, Method 1 (In-App Deletion) is the fastest and most reliable option. If you can't access the app, use Method 2 (Request via Email).

Method 1: Delete from Within the App (Recommended)

If you can sign in to the Voyaglish app, you can delete your account immediately by following these steps.

  1. Launch the Voyaglish app.
  2. Open the "Profile" tab in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select "Delete" in the confirmation dialog.
  5. For identity verification, sign in again with the account you used to sign in (Google).
  6. Once processing is complete, your account and all data in the cloud will be deleted.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you can't perform the deletion from the app (e.g., after changing devices or uninstalling the app), please send an email request to the following address.

After receiving your email, we will verify your identity and delete your account and cloud data within 7 business days. We will notify you at your registered email address when the deletion is complete.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following data will be removed.

Data That Will NOT Be Deleted / Retained Data

The following data will be retained for a certain period after deletion for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Difference from Sign Out

"Sign out" only stops cloud sync on that device; your data in the cloud is retained. If you sign in again with the same Google account, your data will be restored.

If you want to completely erase your data, be sure to perform "Account Deletion."

If You've Been Using Without Signing In

Voyaglish can be used without signing in. If you've never signed in, your data is only stored on your device and nothing exists in the cloud. You can uninstall the app or delete local data from the "Delete Account" option in the app.
